Step 1
The process of having bespoke jewellery made begins with an initial chat over the phone, or by email. The simplest and quickest way to enquire is to visit our website and use the contact form.
From our first conversation, we will talk through your ideas and inspiration and offer suggestions based on this.
You may already have a clear idea in mind, or may want guidance on design and materials.
For inspiration browse our designs, and keep an eye on the daily inspiration posts that we continually share on our social media platforms.
If you see a piece you like we can use this as a starting point for your design.
Or if you see something elsewhere bring it to us, we are always happy to chat so please do get in touch, if you would like to talk through options.
Step 2
Throughout the design process alongside deciding what you want. We will also talk about what you want to spend.
We find our clients have various circumstances. Some people have an exact design and budget in mind. Some people have a maximum spend, but aren’t sure what is available for that.
Others have specifics they want. For example the size of the diamond, or the colour or clarity which will determine their budget. And others have a combination of all of the above.
We don’t hold stock, so our only focus is finding you exactly what you are looking for, within the requirements you set out.

Step 3
The majority of people are happy to go with the incredible high quality diamonds, that we select.
However, we do offer you the opportunity to join us in Londons jewellery district; Hatton Garden. Where you can view a selection of diamonds that are perfect for the design we have been working on.
Once we have agreed on the precious stones, metals, and sizing. We are then we are able to put this piece into production.
Before we do that we require a 50% deposit of the final price. Lead time is around 3-4 weeks, from the point the deposit is received.

Step 4
As the ring nears completion, we will get in touch to discuss collection/delivery options.
Then, once everything has been completed and we have your beautifully crafted jewellery; plus your valuation and any certificates ready, we will call you to confirm.
We’ll take final payment over the phone if opting for delivery, or face to face if opting for collection.
